Ingredients
- 5 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place potatoes in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
2. Combine chicken stock, garlic powder and pepper; pour over potatoes.
3. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400 degree F for 1 hour and 15 min. Remove cover during last 15 min to brown.
