Ingredients
- 1/2 c Butter
- 3/4 c Onion
- 1/2 c Celery
- 1 c Chicken Broth, warm
- 5 c White Bread, cubed
- 5 c Corn Bread, cubed
- 3/4 c Raisins
- 1/2 lb Link Sausage
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper
- 1 t Sage
- 1 t Thyme
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c Pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion and celery in butter.
2. Pour warm chicken broth over all bread cubes.
3. Add sautéed vegetables and raisins.
4. Brown sausage links, cut into bites size pieces.
Add sausages, sausage drippings, seasonings, eggs, and nuts to bread mixture. Toss thoroughly.
