Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced,peeled potatoes
- 1 medium onion, coarsley chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded american cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4-1/2 tsp thyme

Preparation
Step 1
in a 3 1/2 qt slow cooker, layer 1/2 potTOES, ONIONS AND HAM and cheese. repeat layers. in a small bowl, mix soup milk and thyme , pour over top.
cover. cook on high setting for 1 hour. reduce heat to low . cover. cook 6-8 hours or until potatoes are done
