Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 small jars strained baby food
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp oil
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

bake 350 1/2 hour

frost with cream cheese frosting

3 cups powder sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz pkg cream cheese

Beat together cream cheese and butter add rest beat till smooth.
