Chicken Salad with Almonds and White Grapes 2
Smaller Amount Version
- 2c.2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2T.2 T. lemon juice
- 1c.1 c. diced celery
- 1c.1 c. seedless green (white) grapes
- 1/4c.1/4 c. mayo
- 1/4c.1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4c.1/4 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
1. Sprinkle chopped cold chicken w/lemon juice and 1/2 t. salt.
2. Add celery, grapes,mayo and sour cream. toss lightly
3. Season with additional salt to taste.
4. At serving time add almonds.
Makes 4 or 5 servings
