- 3 CLOVES GARLIC, SLICED THIN
- 1/4 C OLIVE OIL
- 2 T. LEMON JUICE
- 1/2 t SALT
- 1/4 t PEPPER
- 2 T PARMESAN CHEESE

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 450* COMBINE CAULIFLOWER AND GARLIC IN BAKING DISH. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CAULIFLOWER. BAKE 25 MINUTES, SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
