- 1/2 C WATER
- 2 EGGS
- 4 t LEMON EXTRACT
- 2 T POPPY SEEDS

Step 1
BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT POPPY SEEDS, IN A LARGE BOWL ON LOW SPEED JUST UNTIL MOISTENED, SCRAPING SIDE OF BOWL FREQUENTLY. BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN POPPY SEEDS. POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED 10 C BUNDT PAN
BAKE AT 350 FOR 40-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN 10 MINUTES. INVERT CAKE ONTO WIRE RACK. COOL COMPLETELY
