IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN COMBINE MILK, BROWN SUGAR YOLKS AND VANILLA, COOK OVER LOW HEAT STIRRING TILL THICKENED REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN COCONUT FLAKES LET COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE APPLY TO CAKE
