Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 lbs. uncooked med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over med. heat, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook for 4-5 mins. or till pink. Using a slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish; set aside and keep warm.
Add wine and broth to the skillet; bring to boil. Cook and stir for 5 mins. or till sauce is reduced. Pour over shrimp; top w/ cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 mins. or till cheese is melted.
