Ingredients
- tsp each of the following:
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- dried basil
- dried marjoram
- dried dill weed
- dried thyme
- dried oregano
- dried parsley
- crushed red pepper flakes
- salt
- 4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 deg.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients, stirring in potatoes to evenly coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
