Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups dates pitted
  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixing bowl, combine honey, peanut butter and butter to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Spread evenly in glreased 10- by 15-inch baking pan. Bake in 300 degree oven 45 to 55 minutes until toasted and golden.

Stir mixture several times during baking. Cool completely.

Store in air tight container.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
