Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) container of So Delicious Lite Culinary Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup peeled and diced apple (about 1 large apple)
  • 8 small dates
  • 4 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Remove the cinnamon sticks and puree the rest of the mixture in a blender until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
