Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed (2 x 14oz/398ml)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped and packed
- 4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. cumin, ground
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 small avocado
- 1/2 cup low-sodium all-natural salsa

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients, except for salsa, in a blender and pulse until combined but still chunky.
2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in salsa. Serve as lettuce wraps using romaine lettuce leaves.
