Simple Baked Italian Shrimp
- 2 lb shrimp, shelled
- 4-6 T. butter
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 pkg dry Italian dressing packet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in oven on non-stick cookie sheet. Lay lemon slices on melted butter. Lay shrimp on top of butter and lemons. Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix on top of shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes until done.
This is great alone or served on pasta or rice using melted butter/lemonjuice drizzled on top.
