Nana's Baked Pineapple***

  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1-15oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 T butter
  • Cinnamon


Servings 4


Step 1

Preheat oven 350*
-Combine cornstarch and water, stir until smooth.
-Add to eggs, blend well.
-Stir in pineapple, sugar and vanilla.
-Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
-Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
-Bake for 45 min.
