Ingredients
- 1 ) 8 potatoes Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1 carrot Edit Delete
- 3 ) 1 onion Edit Delete
- 4 ) 3 to 5 cups water Edit Delete
- 5 ) 4 chicken bouillon cubes Edit Delete
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon dried parsley Edit Delete
- 7 ) 1/2 garlic, diced Edit Delete
- 8 ) 1/3 cup butter Edit Delete
- 9 ) 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cube potatoes, carrot, and onion. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except milk. Cook on low for 8 hrs. During last hour, stir in evaporated milk.
