Ingredients

  • 7 ) 1/2 garlic, diced Edit Delete
  • 8 ) 1/3 cup butter Edit Delete
  • 9 ) 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)

Step 1

Peel and cube potatoes, carrot, and onion. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except milk. Cook on low for 8 hrs. During last hour, stir in evaporated milk.
