Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled, quartered and boiled
- 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 T. butter, softened
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes in a large bowl; blend in cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Spread in a greased 13"x9" baking pan; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, until heated through.
Serves 8 to 10.
