Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 ) 1 large onion chopped
- 5 ) 2 1/2 cups water
- 6 ) 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 7 ) 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 8 ) 1 small can tomato sauce (6 oz.)
- 9 ) 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 10 ) 2 1/2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 11 ) 2 ribs celery, sliced thin
- 12 ) 1/8 cup vinegar
- 13 ) 1/8 cup sugar
- 15 ) 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 16 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 17 ) 1/4 cup butter
- 18 ) 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook gound beef with onion until done. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients and stir. Simmer for about 1 hour. Stirring occasionally until done.
