Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg frozen peas and pearl onions
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 2 slices pancetta
- 8 oz chicken stock or broth
- 1/2 lb thin spaghetti or cut macaroni, cooked
- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned

Preparation
Step 1
-in saute pan, melt butter; add shrimp and cook till no longer pink
-add peas and onions and pancetta; cook for 6 min
-add wine and chicken stock and herbs
-simmer covered for about 5 minutes;
-pour over drained pasta
