Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 pkg frozen peas and pearl onions
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 2 slices pancetta
  • 8 oz chicken stock or broth
  • 1/2 lb thin spaghetti or cut macaroni, cooked
  • 1 lb shrimp, cleaned

Preparation

Step 1

-in saute pan, melt butter; add shrimp and cook till no longer pink
-add peas and onions and pancetta; cook for 6 min
-add wine and chicken stock and herbs
-simmer covered for about 5 minutes;
-pour over drained pasta
