Bisquick Strawberry Shortcake


A little sweet and a lot delicious. This classic shortbread recipe is perfect when the summer strawberries are the sweetest!

  • 2 1/3 cups 2 1/3 cups bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons butter/margarine, melted
  • 4 cups 4 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sugar

Cooking time 50mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter. Mix bisquick with sugar. Add butter and milk.

Put in greased pie pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown.

Cool. Cut in half. Dot with melted butter. Add 3/4 of the strawberries. Put on top layer. Dot with remaining melted butter. Add remaining strawberries.
