- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1 CUP WARM WATER
- 3/4 CUP RES WINE
- 1 TSP BEEF BOUILLON GRANULES
- GRAVY
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1/2 TO 1 CUP JUICE FROM LOIN MIX TOGETHER AND POUR OVER LOIN

Step 1
PLACE LOIN INTO CROCK POT
IN A BOWL WHISK TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER LOIN, COOK ON LOW FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS TILL TENDER, REMOVE AND PLACE ONTO PLATTER LET STAND 10 MINUTES.
