Ingredients
- 8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 18 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender.
Beat softened cheese and sour cream until wll blended.
Add hot potatoes gradually.
Beat constantly until light and fluffy.
Add seasonings. Put in casserole dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325° for 25 min.
Chives can be added as an option.
