- 1 (18-1/2 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 (10-oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained, patted dry and chopped

Mix together dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in coconut and
cherries. Form into one-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until set. Let cool on baking sheets about one minute; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 4 dozen.
