Easy Beef Goulash

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Brown ground beef; drain.

Add onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until soft (10-15 minutes).

Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to simmer about 20 minutes.

While beef mixture cooks, boil macarani, al dente, drain.

Add macaroni to beef mixture, stir well, cover and simmer another 20 minutes.
