Grilled honey herb shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 c finely chopped green onions
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 med shrimp peeled and deveined
- Lemon or lime slices
- Skewers

Preparation
Step 1
In 1 gallon resealable food storage plastic bag mix all ingredients except shrimp Add shrimp to bag
Seal and turn to coat. Marinate in fridge for 1 hour
Soak skewers in water 30 minutes drain shrimp discard marinade. Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer leaving ¼ inch between each shrimp
Place on grill over med heat cover and cook for 5 minutes turning once
