Baked Shrimp in Italian Seasoning

We tried this for dinner the other night and loved it! I reduced the amount of butter and added coconut oil, which is much healthier. I rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound tail off shrimp
  • 1/4 c stick butter
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 t lemon juice or more
  • 1 pkg dried Italian Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Add layer of fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried italian seasoning over all of it. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
