• 4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
• 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
