  • Turkey Carcass (keeping meat for the soup)
  • Cooked noodles (your choice)
  • Bay Leaf
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Celery
  • Cooked Turkey
  • poultry seasoning
  • sage
  • thyme
  • marjoram

Preparation

Step 1

Boil turkey carcass with onion, carrots, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, celery tops and pepper

Bring to boil and simmer for 4 hours skimming off foam from the top

Strain broth

Add chopped carrots, onions and celery in equal parts

Add seasoning: poultry seasoning, sage, thyme and marjoram.

Cook until vegetables are cooked

Add turkey meat and cooked noodles
