crunchy baked Parmesean cod

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lb. cod fillets
- Lemon wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 450.
Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine crushed corn flakes, Parmesan, dill, salt and pepper. In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. Dip cod in egg mixture, turning to coat, and then place in bag. Seal, turn to coat, and press so crunchy coating adheres to cod.
Place cod on baking sheet. Bake 1 0 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
