• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 4 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks
• 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a 13" x 9" baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients until evenly coated.

Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potaotes are tender and golden brown.
