Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated (sharp or mild)
- 8 oz dried chives
- 3-4 T dried parsley
- 3 T dried minced onion
- 1/2 pound chopped bacon (pre cooked)
- 1 round sourdough loaf, hollowed out

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together cheeses, then add chives, parsley, and onion. Fold in the bacon and spoon into hollowed bread. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for one hour. Serve with leftover bread
Even better the second day reheated! (a single serving covered and heated about 35 seconds in microwave)
