Pork Chops in Creamy Dijon Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Pork chops; boneless center cut
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Instant bouillon; chicken flavored
- 1 cup Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream; fat free
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cups Wild rice; cooked
- 1/4 cup Green onion; chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven broiler, cook pork chops 6 inches from heat source for 12 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally, or until pork is slightly pink in the center.
Meanwhile in a two quart saucepan over medium heat, stir together milk, flour and bouillon with wire whisk. Stir in mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, five to seven minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil one minute. Stir in sour cream and mustard. Serve pork chops over cooked wild rice. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with green onion.
