Ingredients
- 28 oz. thawed Ore Ida hash browns
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, except milk, and spread in a 13 X 9 pan. Drizzle with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
