MIX SOUP, MILK, SOY SAUCE, PEPPER, SOME OF THE FRIED ONIONS. ADD GREEN BEANS. PLACE IN CASSEROLE. TO WITH MORE FRIED ONIONS.

BAKE 350 DEGREE
25 MINUTES.
