Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- non-stick non-fat cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Line baking sheet with foil
Cut each potato into 8 wedges
Put wedges into large zip-lock bag
Spray the potatoes (in bag) with non-stick, non-fat cooking spray
Shake the bag to coat the potatoes with the spray
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
Add the Parmesan mixture to bag and shake again to coat the potatoes.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until tender
Special Note:
Also consider spraying the foil with non-stick spray to stop the potatoes from
sticking to the foil
