Ingredients
- Boil potatoes (4 or 5 medium), strain
- 1 or 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 cans Red Salmon along with juice, take bone out of Salmon
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 or 3 medium onions in rings
- 1 or 2 TBSP fresh parsley leaves chopped
- 1 soup spoon crushed liquid red pepper
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place everything in a large frying pan
Simmer 15 minutes
