  • 3/4 Cup of Yellow Corn Meal
  • 1 Cup of Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp of Melted Butter

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.

Stir Corn Meal into Boiling Water till smooth. Add Salt and Melted Butter. Stir again.

Spread mixture VERY thin on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until brown and crisp, about 30 minutes.
