    cups cauliflower florets, cut into tiny pieces (trees)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil and add cauliflower, cook, stirring, 6-8 minutes, or until tender and crispy brown on edges. 2. Season to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, serve.
