Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• Three Pies
• 6-9 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 2 1/2 pound can pumpkin
• 1 pound box brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 teaspoon cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 3 cups milk, hot
• One Pie (only about half as many spices)
• 1 cup pumpkin
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 teaspoon ginger
• 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/3 teaspoon cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

335 degrees, 30 minutes
