Sugar- Browned Baby Carrots

Ingredients
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 3 lbs baby carrots
- 2 tsps grated lemon peel

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook carrots till tender
2. In a 4 qt saucepan over medium heat, heat butter and brown sugar until melted, stirring occassionally
3. Add carrots; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low;simmer, uncovered (10 minutes), stirring occasionally until carrots are heated through
4. Place carrot mixture in bowl, sprinkle with lemon peel.
