Ingredients

  • 10 cups of rhubarb cut into small pieces
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 2 large packets strawberry flavored jello

Preparation

Step 1

rhubarb sugar and water until rhubarb is tender ( about 30 minutes)
then remove from heat.add the jello and the can of pineapple ( with the juice )freeze
