Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups corn meal
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup bacon grease
- 1/4 lb bacon, crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped jalopeno peppers
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 lb velvetta cheese, cut in cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. I believe this makes 2, 9 x 13 pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
