Guinness Potatoes (Spicy)

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 bottles of dark beer(Guinness black lager or stout)
- 2 cups shredded old cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup unslated butter
- 1 tbsp. dried dill
- 1 tbsp. chilli or 2 cayenne peppers crushed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add beer and potatoes to crock-pot on high. Fry onions in pan with butter until caramelized, remove from heatand add dill,chilli flakes and salt; Add to crock-pot. Let cook in crock-pot on high for 3 hours, turn pot tro medium or low and mash. Add cheese and mis in until melted.
