Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pouch Del Monte Peach Mango Fruit Squeezer
  • 1 Del Monte Mango Fruit cup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and either spray or line a muffin pan.

Combine the dry ingredients. Create a well in the dry ingredients

and pour in the wet ingredients, including the entire contents of the fruit squeezer and fruit cup.

Stir to combine and spoon into muffin pan.

Cook for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
