Mamma's Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• topping:
• 1 lg. can sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 stick margarine, softened
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Drain potatoes. Mix all ingredients in mixer. Bake in casserole dish at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pour marshmallows on top for the last 5-10 minutes.
