Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wash the outside of the corn husks. DO NOT open the corn at all - the seal is necessary.



3. Place the corn on the oven grids either long-ways or length-ways. Set oven timer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn oven off and wait 5 minutes before removing. This will help the corn steam a little more and cool them down some.

3. At this point the corn is easy to shuck-the silk does not stick and it's an easy process. **Add salt, pepper and butter to taste.
