Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooking liquid f/potatoes
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 pkg. yeast (4-1/2 t.)
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t. salt
  • 6-7 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in sugar & liquid. Add remain ingredients and 1-1/2 c. flour. Beat til smooth. Stir in enough flour to form soft dough. knead 8 minutes. Rise 1 hr. Divide into 30 pcs. shape into balls. Place in (2) greased 13 x 9 pans. Cover & rise @ 45 min. Bake at 375 for 15 min.
