Ingredients
- 4 links sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 (8 ounce) cans Stewed Tomatoes with Italian seasonings
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegetables into small (1/2 to 1 inch) pieces
Place all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart covered casserole dish.
Place dish in larger pan (to catch any possible over spill) on lower shelf of oven.
Slow cook at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve with pasta or rice and a green side salad.
