- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 large egg
- 6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 1 golden delicious apple; sliced
- 2 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 maple syrup

Step 1
Toss apple with brown sugar and lemon juice. Divide the butter between two
one cup shallow ovenproof dishes and melt it in a 425 °F oven. In a bowl,
combine the eggs, the flour, and the milk and stir the batter until it is
just combined. (Batter will be lumpy). Pour the batter into the dishes,
arrange the apple slices in a spoke-like pattern in the center, and bake
the pancakes at 425 °F for 20 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden
brown. Serve with maple syrup.
