Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup mealted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 jar MUIRHEAD PUMPKIN BUTTER
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • pastry blinder ( or fork)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbs. Cinnamon
  • 9 "x13" sheet pan

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 & lightly grease pan. reserve 1 cup yellow cake mix; blend remaining cake mix with 1/2 cup melted butter & 1 egg. press mix into bottom of prepared sheet pan. Mix 1 jar of MUIRHEAD PUMPKIN PECAN BUTTER with to large eggs & 1/2 cup of milk, pour over cake mixtuer in pan. Mix reserved cup of cake mixtuer with 1 Tbs. flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of butter, & 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix with pastry plender (or fork) untill batter is pea-sized & mixture clumps together. Clump over the top of pumpkin mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes of untill golden brown.
